Cavan Valance

Cavan looked in the mirror one day and couldn't stand the man looking back at him. Over 300 lbs, lost and alone, Cavan had hit bottom. He credits fitness for saving his life. Fast forward four years, and Cavan is an elite athlete and head trainer at Hidden Summit Coaching, as well as one of the head coaches at Willy B CrossFit in Brooklyn, His goal now is to show others that they can change too.
