Austin grew up in Longmeadow, MA and grew up playing and striving in multiple sports including, Diving, Gymnastics, Skiing, Basketball, lacrosse, and football. At the age of 22 he moved to Denver Colorado to open and run his own training facility, Apex Human Performance. Austin continues to strive in multiple training methodology including, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Ju Jitsu and outdoor sports such as mountain biking and skiing.
